Cause of Abnormal Fire in the Converter Mouth during Bessemer Blowing Process

  • 摘要: 广西钢铁炼钢厂转炉吹炼过程中炉口异常冒火长期影响炼钢工人看火,针对一次除尘效果变差造成的异常冒火,从废钢原材料优劣差异、转炉生产中炉型的逐渐变化、汽化冷却烟罩结渣、干法除尘系统入口烟气温度升高等方面进行横向对比、技术参数分析及实验探索。排除掉氮气密封和蒸发冷喷枪枪位等无关或次要因素,探明炉型变化、烟罩结渣、废钢原材料差等是导致异常冒火的主要原因。
