Formation Mechanism and Related Control Strategy of Longitudinal Color Difference on Surface of Cold Rolled Sheet

  • 摘要: 冷轧板表面质量的要求越来越高。冷轧辊表面粗糙度及平整工艺均对冷轧板表面纵向色差有不同程度的影响。本文通过调整热轧油、调整冷轧辊表面粗糙度、平整辊表面粗糙度等工艺参数,可有效减轻或消除纵向色差缺陷,为进一步改进工艺提供理论依据。
